Questions

How do we ask a question?

We use question words like:

who, what, where, why, when, how

When we write a question we use a question mark - ?

Questions can also be divided into two groups.
Open Questions and Closed Questions

Closed Questions
= have easy factual answers
eg. Where and when did the Olympics first take place?

Open Questions
= are harder to answer and require facts, thinking and investigation
eg. Why are the Olympics so important to so many people around the world? (the answer to this question can have lots of reasons)

Add the Speech Marks

Do you want a fight sneered Big Head Burt Horrid Henry stood perfectly still muscles tense ready to pounce I don't think you've got what it takes to beat me he scoffed back

Here is the punctuation added in red.

"Do you want a fight?" sneered Big Head Burt. Horrid Henry stood perfectly still, muscles tense, ready to pounce. "I don't think you've got what it takes to beat me," he scoffed back.
